fantastic stay

helpful staff spacious rooms clean rooftop gym
i found the staff helpful. multiple elevators provided easy access. the rooms were spacious and very clean. housekeeping was attentive to my needs. the gym equipment was modern and well kept. the pool was long and beautiful.
i noticed that some information at the front desk was not as detailed as it could be.

door gaps bathroom flooding
The pool was a good size. It was situated behind the hotel, so it was calm.
The bathroom was bad. There were gaps at the bottom and side of the door. It was constantly flooding inside, and I had to clean after every shower.

modern equipment useful massage chairs super clean apartment
I was upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment and it was great! The gym has modern equipment. I found the massage chairs in the common area very useful after long days. The housekeeping team kept the apartment super clean!
The front desk did not provide full information. There was no 24-hour room service.
